Tips on how to get rid of mites and blackheads

Manchong, this kind of "microorganism" I think everyone is familiar with it. It is a harmful "microorganism" that can grow on the face, back and even the whole body. The most direct manifestation of facial acne is blackheads, pimples or blackheads. The harm of mites is self-evident. Some people have serious facial acne and blackheads. How to remove them?

Tips on how to get rid of mites and blackheads?

How to get rid of face mites:

1. You can use sulfur soap, Chinese medicinal material sapodilla, and benzoyl peroxide for external washing to reduce inflammation. You can also take some anti-insect drugs orally, such as metronidazole tablets, isotretinoin (pregnant women are prohibited from using it), or Chinese medicinal materials for clearing heat and removing fire, such as Sophora flavescens, Stemona bulbs, hawthorn fruit, and Scutellaria baicalensis.

2. Add sulfur soap and 45-degree boiling water and soak for three minutes. Wash your face with diluted white vinegar.

3. Develop good living habits, wash your face frequently with warm water, and keep your facial skin clean. When using skin care products, be sure to use skin care products with good breathability. It is recommended not to use liquid foundation. In summer, use a light sunscreen with a slightly lower UV index. When you get home, remove your makeup immediately and clean your face thoroughly.

How to remove blackheads:

1. Clean your skin properly: Wash your face with warm water, but the frequency of cleansing should not exceed 3 times a day. Eliminating excess oil on the skin is the most important first step in removing acne. Proper cleaning can remove dirt and dead skin cells on the face, prevent clogging of hair follicles and reduce the occurrence of acne.

2. Regular facial exfoliation: Regularly removing the stratum corneum waste deposited in the pores of the skin can promote cell metabolism, prevent the accumulation of waste stratum corneum, block the hair follicles, cause bacteria to grow and cause blackheads.

3. Use appropriate skin care products: Using skin care products with oil control, moisturizing, facial exfoliation, antibacterial and other functions can also help the skin resist and prevent the formation of acne and blackheads.
