After gently drying, place 250,000 units of nystatin suppository deep in the vagina, or apply nystatin cream on the vaginal wall, once a night or once in the morning and evening for a total of 10 to 14 days. 3. The preferred drug for nonspecific vaginitis is metronidazole, 500 mg orally, twice a day, for 7 days. Clindamycin 300 mg, orally, twice a day for 7 days; or 2% clindamycin ointment, vaginally, once a night for 7 days.

4. Treatment of senile vaginitis: Senile vaginitis can be treated by local vaginal medication, such as flushing the vagina with Jiaoyan feminine care solution or 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution once a day to increase vaginal acidity. For patients with more severe inflammation, estrogen therapy is used as an adjunct. 0.125-0.25 mg of diethylstilbestrol is inserted into the vagina once every night, and one course of treatment is 7 days.
