How many grades are there for breast hyperplasia? Take you to understand authoritative knowledge

Breast hyperplasia is a complex disease with different degrees of severity. It has multiple medical grades. The purpose of this is to more accurately describe the severity of the disease so that targeted treatments can be taken.

1. Breast hyperplasia can be divided into the following four levels according to the morphology of ductal epithelial hyperplasia:

Grade I: The first grade is the one without ductal epithelial hyperplasia, with an incidence of 70%.

Grade II: accompanied by ductal epithelial hyperplasia and non-atypia of epithelial cells, which is the second grade, with an incidence of 20%.

Grade ⅲa: accompanied by ductal epithelial hyperplasia, the epithelial cells show mild atypia, which is the third grade, with an incidence rate of 5%.

Grade ⅲb: accompanied by ductal epithelial hyperplasia and severe atypia of epithelial cells, this is grade 4 with an incidence of 5%. The deterioration rate of this grade is very high and may reach 75% to 100%.

The main cause of breast hyperplasia is endocrine problems

2. What are the causes of breast hyperplasia?

There are four levels of symptoms of breast hyperplasia, and different degrees of breast hyperplasia have different symptoms. Breast hyperplasia lesions are diffuse or localized, dense and hard in texture, yellow or grayish white in color, without capsule, and with translucent particles of varying sizes on the cross-section. Cystic hyperplasia can be seen as small cysts with smooth walls and brown or yellow-rimmed mucus inside.

The tissue morphology of breast hyperplasia is complex, so there are many methods of histological classification. For example, scholars classify breast tissue hyperplasia, breast adenosis, and breast cysts into three categories according to the changes in the quantity and morphology of breast structure. Breast adenosis is further divided into lobular hyperplasia stage, fibroadenosis stage, and fibrosis stage. Some scholars also divide breast hyperplasia into six categories according to the changes in the basic tissues of breast hyperplasia: lobular hyperplasia, fibrosis, cyst, inflammation, epithelial hyperplasia, and adenosis. Also because of the complexity of breast hyperplasia tissue morphology, there is confusion in the naming of this disease, such as chronic mastitis, benign epithelial hyperplasia, fibrocystic breast disease, etc.

3. The balance of hormones in the human body is very important. When women are between 30 and 50 years old, it is the period when endocrine estrogen is most active. Many gynecological diseases, such as uterine cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, etc. are caused by endocrine disorders, excessive estrogen levels, and accumulation of metabolic waste in the body. All systems in the human body should maintain coordination and balance, otherwise various problems are likely to occur.
