Adverse consequences of anti-chorionic gonadotropin antibodies

Adverse consequences of anti-chorionic gonadotropin antibodies

Regarding the harm of anti-chorionic gonadotropin antibodies to pregnancy, it can cause infertility. Epidemic infertility usually occurs when spontaneous immunity occurs during the conception process and causes infertility. There are many antibodies related to immune infertility and infertility, and there are probably seven types that need to be checked. Among the seven infertility antibody tests, positive anti-chorionic gonadotropin antibodies can cause infertility. We have the following understanding of this disease

On the one hand, the production of anti-chorionic gonadotropin antibodies can react specifically with human chorionic gonadotropin, thereby specifically inactivating human chorionic gonadotropin, leading to gamete development stagnation or clinical habitual abortion. Therefore, positive anti-chorionic gonadotropin antibodies can lead to infertility. On the other hand, the chemical structure and biological activity of human chorionic gonadotropin are similar to those of the corpus luteum, so some anti-chorionic gonadotropin antibodies can cross-react with it, thereby lowering the LH level in the blood, interfering with normal reproductive endocrine function, and causing infertility or miscarriage. Therefore, once the seven infertility antibody tests show that the anti-chorionic gonadotropin antibody is positive, due to the influence of these two factors, it is easy to cause infertility, which is also one of the causes of immune infertility. In order to avoid the appearance of this antibody, the number of abortions should be reduced as much as possible, because the appearance of this antibody is often related to abortion. Taking good contraceptive measures is an effective measure to reduce the occurrence of abortion and the appearance of anti-chorionic gonadotropin antibodies.

Now we already know that the production of this antibody is closely related to human abortion, so we must take protective measures in our daily lives to avoid unnecessary harm and protect our bodies. Of course, we must also pay attention to other causes of IE and go to the hospital for treatment in time to avoid delaying the disease.
