The difference between gynecological B-ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound

At present, people attach great importance to health education knowledge about pregnancy. Before preparing for pregnancy, female friends usually do relevant pre-pregnancy examinations. However, there are many types of relevant examination items in clinical medicine, and it is not easy to choose. What is the difference between gynecological B-ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound?

1. Which is better for gynecological B-ultrasound or vaginal ultrasound?

Vaginal ultrasound, also known as intravaginal B-ultrasound, also known as intracavitary B-ultrasound, is a method of ultrasonic diagnosis by placing an ultrasound camera into the vagina or duodenum. It is particularly suitable for observing pelvic organs in the lower pelvis.

B-ultrasound vibrates 20,000 to 1 billion times per second. The sound wave frequency that is inaudible to the human ear is called ultrasound. An imaging course that uses the physical characteristics of ultrasound for diagnosis and treatment is called ultrasound medicine. Its clinical application range is wide, and it has become an indispensable diagnostic method in modern clinical medicine. Vaginal ultrasound is a method of B-ultrasound. It differs from other methods in that the camera is different and the location where the camera is placed is different.

Compared with gynecological B-ultrasound, vaginal ultrasound images are clearer and more realistic, the results are more accurate, and the patient does not need to "hold urine". It is very suitable for monitoring ovulation, diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, uterine space-occupying diseases, and diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome and chocolate cysts. For women who have had sexual intercourse, vaginal examination can be performed, and for Virgos, duodenum can be examined by B-ultrasound.

Vaginal ultrasound is performed through the vagina, focusing on the pelvis, which is very clear. B-ultrasound is black and white and can be seen anywhere. The price is generally the same for the same location, and vaginal ultrasound is more expensive than B-ultrasound.

It is recommended that there is no need to do vaginal B-ultrasound during pregnancy. B-ultrasound is sufficient. If you have an abortion, vaginal ultrasound can still be done. Now it is better to use antiviral drugs to fight infection.
