In the acute phase, there is redness, swelling, congestion, and scratches. Chronic inflammation, pain and itching, vaginal fissures and lichenification. Some patients have swelling, congestion, erosion and patches of eczema on the inner side of the labia minora.

The preventive measures for female vaginal itching and red spots are:

1. Pay attention to menstrual hygiene, change menstrual pads frequently and wash them frequently during menstruation.

2. Keep the vagina clean and dry, do not use hot water or soap to scrub.

3. Avoid misusing or abusing drugs, scratching or local friction.

4. Avoid alcohol, spicy food, seafood, and medicines that may cause allergies.

5. Do not wear tight crotch pants. Underwear should be loose, breathable, and preferably made of cotton.

Of course, these are some preventive measures. You should pay attention to them in your daily life. If you do so, the chance of getting gynecological diseases will be much less. However, if you already have itchy red spots in your vagina and it affects your daily life, it is recommended that you go to the hospital to see a doctor for treatment.
