What should I do if my vagina is itchy and my leucorrhea is like tofu dregs?

Many women feel that something is wrong with their bodies, especially when they feel itching in the vulva. When their menstruation comes, they always feel that there is something abnormal in their leucorrhea, or even some odor in their lower body that was not originally there. The leucorrhea may even become like tofu dregs. So what causes this? Let me discuss with you the problems of vulvar itching and abnormal leucorrhea.

Gynecological experts said that this is a typical symptom caused by candidal vaginitis. It is recommended that patients should go to the hospital for treatment in time. Candidal vaginitis is very harmful. In recent years, there have been many patients who have suffered from infertility due to candidal vaginitis.

Leucorrhea is an odorless, slightly acidic, viscous liquid secreted from a woman's vagina. A moderate amount of leucorrhea is a normal physiological phenomenon. In its normal state, it should be like translucent egg white, which has the functions of moistening the vagina, excreting waste, and killing bacteria.

1. Microbiological examination. Microbiological examination is one of the tests that need to be done for abnormal leucorrhea. Microbiological examination mainly checks for Trichomonas and fungi. After the leucorrhea is processed, the presence of Trichomonas or fungi can be detected based on its morphology under a microscope.

2. Check the vaginal cleanliness. Vaginal cleanliness check is also one of the checks that need to be done for abnormal leucorrhea. Vaginal cleanliness has an important impact on the occurrence of abnormal leucorrhea, so vaginal cleanliness inspection is very important for abnormal leucorrhea.

3. Vaginal pH test. Vaginal pH test is also one of the important examination items for abnormal leucorrhea. The normal pH value of a woman's vagina is 4.5. When suffering from trichomoniasis or bacterial vaginitis, the pH value of leucorrhea will rise and may be greater than 5~6.

After a series of examinations, the cause of the disease can basically be found. We recommend that during the treatment period, in addition to prohibiting sexual intercourse, underwear should be sterilized at high temperature. Patients must maintain genital hygiene. At the same time, in order to avoid other cross-infections, attention should be paid to diet.
