What is the cause of lower abdominal pain after sexual arousal?

(iv) Occasional pain and discomfort in the genitals after sexual intercourse may be caused by sexual intercourse lasting too long or being too intense. There is no need to panic. If the above symptoms occur after each sexual intercourse, the cause should be found out, timely treatment should be sought, and sexual intercourse should be suspended to avoid aggravating the condition and symptoms.
