How to exercise during early pregnancy

Our bodies need certain exercises to strengthen our muscles. Of course, through proper exercise, we can improve our physical fitness. And people who exercise regularly will have very strong immunity. You will have very strong resistance to some common colds, headaches and other minor illnesses, so let's learn about how you should exercise in the early stages of pregnancy.

Pregnancy is a happy thing for everyone. Many expectant mothers pay attention to their living habits and maintain a good attitude after pregnancy so that the baby can be safely in the womb. Some bad living habits that are harmful to babies must be corrected in time, otherwise they will cause great harm to your baby.

Generally speaking, it is best not to do any physical exercise in the early stages of pregnancy, which is the first three months. The fetus is not yet solid and stable during this period, and some problems may occur easily. But in the middle of pregnancy, which is between the fourth month to the seventh or eighth month, expectant mothers must seize this period and do appropriate exercise to enhance their physical fitness and control weight gain. At the same time, proper exercise can also promote the healthy growth of the fetus.

One of the most suitable exercises for pregnant women is walking after meals. It is not suitable to stay at home or lie in bed all the time during pregnancy. Taking a walk after a meal is a good way to exercise. There is an old saying that "take a walk after a meal and live to be ninety-nine", which makes sense. Walking can help pregnant women digest food, enhance blood circulation, and allow more nutrients to flow into the baby's body. At the same time, it can relax your body and mind and reduce worries. In addition, studies have shown that taking a short walk after a meal can help expectant mothers reduce pain during labor and assist with delivery. In addition to walking, aerobics and yoga are also good choices, but for aerobics and yoga movements, you can choose simple ones that suit you, and avoid doing some violent shaking and stretching. It is best to do it under the guidance of a professional, and it is not suitable for you to exercise blindly.

In addition to these, pregnant women should not eat too much papaya, durian, hawthorn and other fruits that are hot, easy to cause inflammation, easy to cause gastrointestinal diseases and cause fetal unrest. In addition to diet and exercise, you should also pay more attention to other aspects so that the fetus can be solid and stable.
