Causes of vaginal bleeding during bowel movements

Many people will find vaginal bleeding when defecating. When faced with this situation, many people will generally be worried, because if we don’t understand the real reason for these abnormal problems, we will naturally feel fear. So below we will analyze the reasons why people may have vaginal bleeding when defecating, as well as effective prevention and treatment methods.

If vaginal bleeding occurs during bowel movements, the first thing to do is to find out the pathological changes in the vagina (such as the formation of endometriosis nodules in the vagina, which may cause bleeding when squeezed hard) as well as cervical cancer or other pathological changes in the vagina. Gynecological examination can help confirm the diagnosis and provide treatment.

The most likely cause is endometriosis. This is because the endometrium grows in other parts of the body outside the uterine cavity. Although the endometrium is benign, it can spread, implant and metastasize like a malignant tumor. Endometriosis in the vagina is often seen in the posterior fornix, where purple-blue hard nodules or multiple polyp-like protrusions may be seen. Bleeding may occur before or during menstruation, and the area may be painful or bleed after being touched. However, the exact cause of the bleeding should be examined before a conclusion can be drawn. The doctor will make a clear diagnosis through rectal examination, B-ultrasound, colposcopy and other methods.

Vaginal bleeding is one of the common gynecological symptoms. The bleeding site can be the hymen, vagina, cervix or uterus, but uterine bleeding is the most common. The amount of vaginal bleeding varies, and can be drip-like or continuous. If the amount of bleeding is too much in a short period of time, it can cause shock and endanger life.

Common causes of vaginal bleeding: (1) Endocrine dysfunction; such as functional uterine bleeding during puberty or menopause. (2) Pathological pregnancy: such as ectopic pregnancy, miscarriage, placenta previa, hydatidiform mole, etc. (3) Tumors: such as uterine fibroids, vaginal cancer, cervical cancer, uterine end adenocarcinoma, choriocarcinoma, etc. (4) Inflammation: such as senile vaginitis, severe cervical erosion, and intrauterine contraceptive device. (5) Trauma: such as external injuries, sexual intercourse injuries, etc.

After analyzing and introducing the above content, I hope that everyone can pay more attention to these issues, and in daily life, they should also pay attention to the care of reproductive health, especially the maintenance of private hygiene. Whether they are married or unmarried women, they should not ignore these reproductive health issues.
