Causes of urinary incontinence after vaginal delivery

For many women who give birth naturally, the fetus squeezes their vagina, which can easily affect their urethra and cause urinary incontinence after a normal birth. They feel like they can't hold their urine, or even don't feel anything when they go to the toilet. So what should you do if you encounter this phenomenon?

"Postpartum urinary incontinence" is really related to normal delivery!

Our country has conducted a study to explore the impact of pregnancy and delivery mode and different obstetric factors related to delivery on the incidence of postpartum urinary incontinence. There were significant differences between forceps delivery and the other two groups. The incidence of postpartum urinary incontinence in the vaginal delivery group was also significantly higher than that in the cesarean section group.

3. Cesarean section has a significant protective effect and can significantly reduce the incidence of urinary incontinence within 42 days after delivery;
