Motherwort Egg - 15 grams of motherwort and 1 egg, add water and cook together. Peel the cooked eggs and eat them with the soup. Treat delayed menstruation or dysmenorrhea.

If your period comes early every month, you should eat a light diet. It is advisable to eat more vegetables and fruits, more rice, less pasta, less greasy, high-fat, high-calorie foods, avoid foods that stimulate fire and increase heat, such as chili peppers, garlic, leeks, lettuce, cinnamon, coffee, pepper, lamb, dog meat, venison, and alcohol, and eat less shark, crab, hawthorn, peach, brown sugar, and other foods that have a blood-activating effect. During menstruation, you should pay special attention to maintaining a light diet. Hot foods such as lamb, beef, venison, leeks, lychees, cherries, and high-calorie foods such as butter and bread are taboo. Never touch your lips with strong liquor. Because the above foods will increase blood heat in the body. When the blood is hot, blood circulation speeds up, not only will menstruation come early, but it may even cause excessive menstrual flow, causing "hemorrhage".

From the above introduction, the phenomenon of early menstruation is a manifestation of endocrine problems. At this time, women can go to the hospital for examination and treatment, and can take some dietary supplements according to their body needs. They can eat some foods that relieve the body's endocrine system and let their bodies recover as soon as possible.
