What should pregnant women pay attention to when they have stomach cramps?

What should pregnant women pay attention to when they have gastric colic? Gastric colic in pregnant women is not common. It may be that there are certain problems with the pregnant woman's stomach itself. In order not to affect her fetus, she should receive treatment under safe conditions. The fetus must not be affected during the treatment process. In addition, special attention should be paid to the drugs used to treat gastric colic in pregnant women.

After pregnancy, due to changes in hormones, the sphincter relaxes, and the food we eat easily comes up (the sphincter is located at the junction of the esophagus and the stomach, which makes the food we eat only go down and not come up). This causes the acidic contents in the stomach to reflux from the stomach to the esophagus, throat and mouth, irritating the mucous membrane.

In late pregnancy, the growing uterus will also press on the stomach, and hormones will relax the muscles separating the esophagus and stomach, making it easier for stomach acid to surge up and cause a burning sensation in the chest.

Gastric colic cannot be caused by the fetus kicking the stomach, and gastric acid reflux will not cause gastric colic, only nausea and vomiting. You may have gastritis now, so you need to go to the hospital for treatment under the guidance of a doctor. Since you should try not to take medicine during pregnancy, you can relieve it from diet. Don't feed spicy food to pregnant women, and drink more sugar water, not cold water.

After pregnancy, the uterus enlarges, the uterine fundus increases and compresses the stomach, gastrointestinal motility slows down, the gate sphincter relaxes, and the reflux of gastric contents stimulates the esophageal mucosa, causing a burning sensation and corresponding adverse symptoms.

Prevention: Eat small and frequent meals, eat less high-fat foods and sweets, and take 10 mg of vitamin B1 3 times a day and Huoxiang granules orally, which will generally alleviate the symptoms.

Gastric colic in pregnant women needs to be treated in time, but during the treatment process, the child should not be affected. Pregnant women should also pay attention to their diet. Dietary issues are also very important and have a great impact on the body of pregnant women. Therefore, pregnant women with gastric colic need to pay attention to many issues.
