What to do with endometriosis dysmenorrhea

Do you know what endometriosis dysmenorrhea is? We may all be shocked when we hear the word dysmenorrhea, which is very painful for women. I think you don’t know much about endometriosis dysmenorrhea. Maybe you can understand your own situation after reading some of my introductions. So let’s take a look at some of my introductions below!

1. Dysmenorrhea refers to pain in the lower abdomen or waist, or even pain in the lumbar region, during and before and after menstruation. It occurs every time during the menstrual cycle. In severe cases, it may be accompanied by nausea and vomiting, cold sweats, cold hands and feet, and even fainting, which affects work and life. Currently, it is often divided into two types in clinical practice: primary and secondary. Primary dysmenorrhea mostly refers to those without obvious lesions in the reproductive organs, so it is also called functional dysmenorrhea. It is more common in adolescent girls, unmarried people and married people without children. This type of dysmenorrhea can usually be relieved or disappear after a normal delivery. Secondary dysmenorrhea is mostly caused by organic lesions of the reproductive organs.

2. This disease is a common gynecological disease. According to relevant surveys, the incidence rate of dysmenorrhea is 33.19%. The lesions of endometriosis can be transferred to various parts of the body through the blood. When they are transferred to the lungs, the patient will develop "pneumothorax" during menstruation, with symptoms such as difficulty breathing, coughing up blood and nosebleeds. Young women who often suffer from dysmenorrhea should pay attention! If the severity and frequency of your dysmenorrhea changes, or you experience difficulty breathing, coughing up blood, and nosebleeds during your menstrual cycle, then you may have "endometriosis."

3. Dysmenorrhea is a common and frequently occurring gynecological disease with multiple causes, complex pathogenesis, high recurrence rate and difficult treatment, especially among unmarried young women and girls in the early stages of menstruation. It manifests as periodic lower abdominal distension, cold pain, burning pain, tingling pain, dull pain, heaviness, colic, spasmodic pain and tearing pain during or before and after menstruation. The pain spreads to the sacrum, back and even the thighs and feet, and is often accompanied by systemic symptoms: breast distension, anal distension, chest tightness and irritability, sadness and irritability, panic and insomnia, headache and dizziness, nausea and vomiting, stomach pain and diarrhea, fatigue, pale complexion, cold limbs, cold sweat, collapse and fainting. The high incidence, wide range, close cycle and great pain have seriously affected the work and study of many women and reduced their quality of life. If the patient gets married and has children, the ectopic uterine membrane will shrink after pregnancy, alleviating the condition. Early treatment will not affect women's fertility. Director Zhang suggested that young women should pay enough attention to dysmenorrhea and avoid strenuous exercise during menstruation to prevent menstrual blood from flowing back into the pelvic cavity along the fallopian tubes.

After learning about the basic conditions of endometriosis dysmenorrhea introduced by the editor, do you know a lot? We must have some understanding of these basic conditions, and maybe it will be the situation we are facing now, so I hope to give you some substantial suggestions. If you know that you may have these conditions, then you can prescribe the right medicine!
