What are the exercises for pregnant women?

Becoming a mother is what every woman desires, so every woman has to go through a pregnancy stage. Many people believe that pregnancy is a delicate period during which many actions and foods are not allowed. Or some grandmothers may prohibit or order expectant mothers to do some exercise in order to ensure that their grandchildren have a safe growth environment. In fact, these are not very scientific.

1. Keep exercising during pregnancy. Not only will you have better physical strength, you will also find that your muscles are more elastic. Of course, starting from the first month of pregnancy, for the safety of the baby, it is best not to do too strenuous exercise. Simple stretching exercises or walking are suitable.

2. Exercises that should be taken care of in early pregnancy

From the first to the third month of pregnancy, you may be reluctant to move for the sake of keeping the fetus safe, but not moving at all is not good either.

Try to replenish water before, during and after exercise to avoid overheating.

Avoid jumping and concussive movements and movements that involve changes of direction.

Avoid exercising in hot and muggy weather conditions.

3. After four months of pregnancy, it is forbidden to do back lying exercises.

Suitable exercises: walking, simple stretching exercises, cycling (the fitness equipment here is fixed, which is easy to do because it does not have to bear the weight of the body), simple slow dance, swimming (it is best to choose a heated swimming pool to avoid catching a cold).

Unsuitable sports: Sports that require a lot of vibration, such as fast running and strong jumping, sports that require fast movement, such as tennis, badminton, and table tennis, and all competitive sports, including horse riding, taekwondo, etc.

In the early stages of pregnancy, because the uterus is not yet very strong, pregnant mothers need to ensure that they have a relatively relaxed movement and avoid excessive exercise. After three months, you can do some other movements appropriately. If pregnant women do some appropriate exercises during pregnancy, not only will it not harm the baby, but it will provide a healthier environment for the baby's growth.
