What are the physical treatments for pelvic effusion?

Gynecological diseases are occurring more and more frequently in our lives. More and more female friends are often troubled by gynecological diseases, resulting in infertility or even more serious harm. So in the following article, let us learn about the treatment methods for pelvic effusion.

Gynecological pelvic effusion is divided into physiological and pathological types. Physiological pelvic effusion often occurs after women ovulate or in early pregnancy, and can usually disappear naturally without the need for treatment. Clinically, pelvic effusion in most women is caused by inflammation, which is the presence of inflammatory exudate in the pelvis. If not treated, it can gradually grow. If it is too large, it cannot be easily eliminated by medication and surgery is required. Pathological gynecological pelvic effusion is mostly caused by pelvic inflammatory disease, adnexitis or endometriosis. The causes of pelvic inflammatory disease are often related to the patient's bad hygiene habits, such as having sexual intercourse during menstruation, within one month after childbirth, taking a bath within one month after gynecological surgery, etc. Medical-induced infection caused by improper disinfection during artificial abortion and induced labor can also cause pelvic effusion. If there are chronic infection lesions, it may be caused by inflammation of the gynecological system such as the ovaries and fallopian tubes in the pelvic cavity, causing pelvic effusion. It may also be caused by tuberculosis or tumors. In a few cases, it is caused by ectopic pregnancy rupture, corpus luteum rupture, pelvic abscess, chocolate cyst, and ovarian cancer. Pelvic effusion is rarely caused by tuberculosis.

In fact, most Western medicine treatments for pelvic effusion are aimed at treating pelvic inflammatory disease and adnexitis. Although clinical treatment is also aimed at pelvic inflammatory disease and adnexitis, such as intravenous drip or intramuscular injection of antibiotics, the large-scale use of antibiotics or other drugs has not resulted in obvious therapeutic effects. Some patients spend a lot of money on treatment for more than a month, but the treatment effect is not obvious. The main reason is that pelvic inflammatory disease and adnexitis cause adhesion of local connective tissue in the pelvis, making it difficult for drugs to reach the lesion site. It is necessary to conduct corresponding drug sensitivity experiments and select highly effective and targeted drugs to kill pathogens. At the same time, combined with a series of gynecological physical treatments, such as gynecological microwave heating, shortwave heating, spectral irradiation heating, far-infrared heating, atomization, etc., you can also use salt and onions to heat in a pot and put them into a cloth bag, and put it on the lesion for heating treatment. A series of physical methods are used to heat the lesion, directly reach the lesion and sterilize, promote microcirculation, and relieve patients' lower abdominal pain (bilateral or unilateral), lumbar pain, low back pain, lower abdominal distension and pain, low back pain, etc. It has positive significance and partially solves the problem of the difficulty of general drug penetration. Because physical therapy can only heat the lesion to promote microcirculation, its therapeutic effect is often unsatisfactory when used alone.

Above we have learned about the treatment methods of pelvic effusion. What we need to pay attention to in life is that many diseases are caused by our lack of attention in life. We should actively pay attention to our physical health.
