6. Patchouli leaf porridge: 20 grams of fresh Patchouli leaves, boil them into soup and set aside. First cook porridge with 100 grams of polished rice, add the fried patchouli and boil it to make patchouli porridge. Take it twice a day.

7. Onion milk drink

2 green onions, 30 ml breast milk (or milk). Wash and split the scallion whites, put them into a covered cup together with the breast milk, steam them over water and remove the scallions. Take 3 to 4 times a day for 2 to 3 days.

8. Ginger and sugar drink

5 grams of ginger and 10 grams of brown sugar. Wash and cut the ginger into shreds, put it into a cup, pour boiling water over it, cover and soak for 5 minutes, then add brown sugar. It should be spicy enough and be consumed while hot. Cover yourself with a blanket after taking it to prevent sweating.

9. Scallion and Coriander Soup

Take appropriate amounts of scallion roots, coriander roots, and cabbage heads, boil them in water and drink it instead of tea, then take it while hot to induce sweating.
