Calcium channel blockers: Representatives include nifedipine, nicardipine, lovastatin, bolidipine, verapamil, etc., which block the entry of calcium ions into smooth muscle cells, thereby reducing myocardial contractility, dilating peripheral blood vessels and lowering blood pressure.

Disadvantages: In addition to causing side effects such as headache and facial flushing, it can also lead to reflex tachycardia, which is not conducive to the control of angina pectoris. Headache and ankle edema are the most common.
