No matter when and where we are, we need a healthy body. If congenital ovarian cysts occur, it may lead to infertility. Many families are disharmonious and have poor relationships with their spouses, largely because of this problem. Therefore, everyone should take certain treatment measures in time. Here I will introduce to you the treatment methods of congenital ovarian cysts. Clinically, ovarian cysts are often manifested by lower abdominal pain, discomfort, increased vaginal discharge, yellow vaginal discharge, abnormal vaginal odor, menstrual irregularities, and usually a firm and painless swelling in the lower abdomen, and sometimes pain during sexual intercourse. When cysts interfere with hormone production, symptoms such as irregular vaginal bleeding or increased hair growth may occur. If the cyst twists, there will be severe abdominal pain, bloating, difficulty breathing, loss of appetite, nausea and fever. Larger cysts can put pressure on the area near the bladder, causing frequent urination and difficulty urinating. Especially when these symptoms are severe, bleeding is frequent and occur at the same time, women are more likely to develop ovarian cysts and the risk of malignant ovarian cancer is greater. There are currently two treatment methods: conservative treatment and surgical treatment. 1. Conservative treatment: Medicine classifies ovarian cysts as "malaria and abdominal masses", believing that the occurrence of this disease is mostly caused by damage from the seven emotions, excessive sexual intercourse, or the invasion of the six external evils during menstruation and postpartum period, which leads to blockage of Qi, disharmony of internal organs, and imbalance of Yin and Yang. Therefore, during treatment, a comprehensive and integrated analysis of the overall cause of the disease and dialectical treatment are required to truly resolve the disease. 2. Surgical treatment: (1) For patients with benign ovarian tumors, the ovarian tumor on the affected side should be removed. During the operation, the condition of the contralateral ovary must be checked. If there is also a tumor on the contralateral side, it must be removed and a pathological examination should be performed at the same time. But it is easy to relapse after surgery. (2) For patients with malignant tumors: Surgery is the preferred method. The surgical scope should be wide, generally removing the entire fossa, bilateral adnexa and the enlarged omentum. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy are required after surgery. Not everyone is suitable for the treatment of congenital ovarian cysts, only some people can be cured, and this also depends on the individual's situation. In fact, there are many treatments for congenital ovarian cysts, but I will not list them all here. I hope you can follow me at any time. |
