Breast development process

When girls reach a certain age, their breasts will begin to develop. The development of breasts indicates that girls are becoming women. The development of breasts is divided into five stages. The development of breasts indicates that girls have secondary sexual characteristics. Breasts have the function of breastfeeding children. Breasts need to be well cared for. Girls' breast development starts from being flat and then slowly swells up. It is divided into 5 stages. Generally, at the age of 17, the breasts will change, and these changes will occur with the arrival and end of menstruation.

1. Puberty Breast Prominence - In the teenage years, breast size continues to increase slowly as age increases; during this stage, the breasts and surrounding areolae become noticeably raised, and the breasts take on a conical shape.

2. Firm breasts in early adulthood - The most ideal stage of human physical condition is at the age of twenty-five, during which time the human physical condition reaches its peak and all growth processes are completed. Women in their twenties have breasts that are closest to hemispherical. Although the weight of the breasts has increased compared to before, the breasts have not yet caused sagging under the action of gravity.

3. Perfect breasts after becoming a mother - under the combined stimulation of motherhood and the sudden enlargement of breast tissue, the breasts filled with milk swell further and begin to show signs of sagging. The underside of the breast overlaps the skin of the chest, forming a hidden fold.

4. Women of different ages have different breast development patterns. Generally speaking, the breasts of little girls under the age of 10 will not develop. This is the first stage of breast development, also called the pre-developmental stage. At this time, the chest is flat and only the nipples of women can be seen protruding from one or both breasts.

5. At around 10 years old, breast development enters the second stage. At this time, the nipples slowly grow larger and bulge, the areola appears, and the breasts gradually bulge, becoming soft and elastic. The areola is significantly higher than the skin surface of the breasts. At this time, lumps can often be felt under the skin, and the texture is slightly hard. This stage generally lasts for one or two years. When girls reach about 12 years old, their breast development enters the third stage. At first glance, this stage seems to be no different from the second stage. In fact, if you look closely, you will find that the pigmentation of the areola becomes darker, which is also used to distinguish it from the second stage. At the same time, the breasts and areola are further enlarged and raised, and the shape of the breasts will become fuller.

6. At around the age of 15, breast development enters its fourth stage. The breasts continue to grow larger, taller, and fuller, while the nipples and areolas are located high on the breast peaks on both sides. There is often a circle of shallow depression around the edge of the areola, which is the mark that distinguishes the fourth stage from the third stage. As puberty draws to a close, breast development enters its final stage of development - stage 5, which usually occurs around the age of 17.

7. The fifth stage is also called the maturity stage. At this time, the breasts have developed into shape and will be larger, with higher peaks and fuller overall shape than those in the fourth stage.

As mentioned above, female friends can better understand their breasts. Breasts need to be well taken care of by female friends. Regular breast examinations are essential. It is normal to have breast pain during menstruation. You can massage the breasts to promote circulation. Breasts are very important and need to be taken care of.
