How to treat vaginal discharge

Vaginal secretion of curd residue is actually a phenomenon of abnormal leucorrhea. We know that whether leucorrhea is normal or not can reflect the reproductive health of women. 1. Change the acidity and alkalinity of the vagina, such as flushing the vagina with alkaline drugs, or flushing the vagina with 2-4% soda solution to change the living environment of mold.

2. Administration of fungicides:

(1) Nystatin vaginal suppository (containing 250,000 U of nystatin), inserted deep into the vagina, once in the morning and once in the evening or once every night for 2 weeks.

(2) Oral administration of nystatin 500,000 U, 4 times a day.

(3) Apply compound nystatin cold cream topically twice a day.

(4) Take ketoconazole 400 mg orally, twice a day, for 5 days.

(5) Trichomycin. For details, see the treatment of trichomoniasis vaginitis. In addition, oral clotrimazole or clofentazole 0.5-1g 3 times a day, or topical application of 1-5% ointment, cream or liniment 3-4 times a day, also has good efficacy.

(6) Topical application of 1-2% gentian violet solution is a long-standing treatment method that is also very effective and widely used, but it has the disadvantage of contaminating underwear. (Currently, the country has banned the use of gentian violet drugs because they have a strong carcinogenic effect, so please remember this.)

Pregnant women with candidal vaginitis may recover after delivery, but the newborn is at risk of infection, so timely treatment is still required, preferably with local medication, the method is the same as above.
