How to treat mild adenomyosis

For adenomyosis, the most effective treatment is still surgical treatment. Its main patient population is women around 40 years old, which may be related to sexual life in daily life. Therefore, the cause of this disease is not only daily eating habits, but also may be due to my companionship. But how should this disease be treated?

You must go to a regular hospital to seek treatment for adenomyosis. If it is mild adenomyosis, you may need to consult an expert about what medicine to take. Do not take any medicine randomly, otherwise it will cause other diseases.

The clinical manifestations of this disease include secondary dysmenorrhea occurring in middle-aged women of childbearing age. If the women are close to 40 years old, the dysmenorrhea will gradually become more severe, often with spasms, and they will be unable to carry out their daily work. Dysmenorrhea is caused by edema and bleeding of the ectopic endometrium during menstruation, which stimulates spasmodic contraction of the muscle wall. If the menstrual volume increases and the menstrual period is prolonged, a few women may experience spotting before and after menstruation. This is because the size of the uterus increases, the area of the endometrium in the uterine cavity increases, and the ectopic endometrium between the uterine muscle walls affects the contraction of the uterine muscle fibers. Diagnosis depends on gross and pathological histological examination of the uterus. If the patient no longer has any desire to have children, total hysterectomy is the best option, preserving the ovaries as much as possible. If the patient has pelvic endometriosis, we will try to remove the lesions and preserve ovarian function so that the patient can reach natural menopause. If the patient undergoes surgical treatment, he or she must take good care of the postoperative care and pay attention to matters.

The surgery will not affect your sexual life and will gradually ease after menopause. The choice of treatment depends on the patient's age, symptoms, and reproductive period.

Mild adenomyosis is a relatively mild disease, but people need surgical treatment. Of course, there will be many complications after surgery, such as uterine pain. Different complications are mainly based on each person's physical fitness, so the symptoms are also different.
