What causes lower abdominal pain in women?

When I was in college, I often had lower abdominal pain, and it always happened during my menstrual period. I went to the hospital to see a doctor, and the doctor told me that lower abdominal pain is mostly caused by gynecological diseases, but it can also be caused by internal medicine and surgical diseases. Therefore, once women experience lower abdominal pain, they should carefully identify the nature of the pain in order to receive timely treatment.

Things to note in daily life:

1. Paroxysmal colic pain in the right upper abdomen radiates to the right shoulder, mostly due to cholecystitis and cholelithiasis.

2. Severe abdominal pain in the left middle of the upper abdomen, accompanied by vomiting, persistent pain, paroxysmal aggravation, and radiating to the side of the waist, should be considered as acute pancreatitis.

3. The pain starts in the upper abdomen and moves to the right lower abdomen after a few hours, accompanied by nausea and vomiting. It is mostly acute appendicitis.

4. If you suddenly experience lower abdominal pain and bleeding after about 6 weeks of amenorrhea, you should consider ectopic pregnancy. When women of childbearing age experience abdominal pain, gynecological acute abdomen must be considered.

5. Paroxysmal colic in the flank or lower abdomen, radiating to the waist, back, and perineum, accompanied by frequent urination and hematuria indicates ureteral stones.

6. Abdominal pain accompanied by diarrhea should be considered as infectious diseases such as enteritis, dysentery, and paracholera.

7. Persistent abdominal pain accompanied by vomiting may be due to intestinal obstruction.

If you have lower abdominal pain, you should eat brown sugar ginger soup

〖Ingredients〗: 50 grams of brown sugar, 20 grams of ginger, and 10 dates.

〖Recipe〗: Boil brown sugar and jujube for 20 minutes, add ginger, cover tightly, and simmer for another 5 minutes.

[Usage]: Take on an empty stomach, twice a day.

〖Function〗: Tonify Qi and nourish blood, warm the meridians and promote blood circulation. It is suitable for those with cold uterus, cold pain in lower abdomen, and small amount of dark urine.

〖Comment〗: Brown sugar and jujube can both nourish qi and blood and warm the meridians and promote blood circulation; ginger is pungent and warm to assist the effectiveness of brown sugar.

In fact, other doctors have said that this is purely dysmenorrhea, but dysmenorrhea also has reasons. For example, often eating cold things, such as popsicles, ice cream, etc. Although eating these in the summer is very cool, they are very harmful to girls. So I followed the doctor's advice and stopped eating those things. My lower abdomen pain is gone.
