(2) Remove the scales and internal organs of a carp (about 250 grams), put it in a casserole with 60 grams of red beans and simmer over low heat. Take it once a day for 3-5 days.

(3) Take 250 grams of carp, remove the scales and internal organs, add 30 grams of black fungus, water, oil and a very small amount of salt, cook and eat once every five days.

(4) Take 50 grams of wax gourd peel and 50 grams of red beans, decoct in water and drink once a day.

(5) 500 grams of carp, cooked without adding salt or with very little salt, can be eaten 1 to 2 times a day.

(6) Stew cuttlefish and winter melon into soup, add a small amount of onion, ginger and salt and drink it. Cook kelp with vinegar. Add 100 grams of kelp to vinegar and cook until it is soft. Eat it twice a day, after drinking.
