4. Avoid eating fried dough sticks, as they contain alum, an inorganic substance containing aluminum. Aluminum can enter the fetal brain through the placenta, affecting brain development and increasing the risk of dementia and mental retardation in children. Eat less greasy food and sweets, as these foods are high in calories and low in nutritional value. Use less spicy seasonings such as chili, curry, mustard, etc. Eating too much acidic food can change the mother's blood pH and affect the growth and development of the fetus. Edema will occur in the middle and late stages of pregnancy, so you need to control your salt intake and avoid eating foods high in salt, such as fermented tofu and pickled vegetables. The alum in fried dough sticks contains aluminum, which is not good for the fetal brain development.

The diet of pregnant women will directly affect the health of the fetus, so many delicious but non-nutritious foods should be avoided. At the same time, if you are sick during pregnancy, you should take less medicine. Medicines will cause the child to have low resistance and weaker physical constitution in the future.
