2. Avoid seafood

Fishy foods, such as shrimp, mandarin fish, black fish, hairtail, yellow croaker, crab and other aquatic products can promote damp heat, aggravate vulvar itching after eating, and are not conducive to the disappearance of inflammation, so they should be avoided.

3. Avoid smoking and drinking

Smoking can make the disease worse, because the nicotine in tobacco can weaken the binding force of arterial blood and oxygen. Alcohol can promote damp heat, so it should be avoided. Similarly, foods containing alcohol, such as fermented glutinous rice and yaojiu, should not be consumed.

1. Tinidazole suppository, vaginally administered, commonly used for Trichomonas vaginitis and bacterial vaginosis.

2. Povidone-iodine suppositories, administered vaginally, are generally used for candidal vulvovaginal disease, bacterial vaginosis and mixed infectious vaginitis, and can also be used for hemorrhoids.

3. Sophora flavescens suppositories, vaginal administration, can be used for vulvovaginal candidiasis, vaginitis, chronic cervicitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, and obstetrics and gynecology.
