Ingredients:

120g honey, 80g Xiang lotus seeds, 40g Chuanbei, 10g longan pulp; 60g each of Platycodon grandiflorum and dried snow fungus

Preparation method:

1) Wash Fritillaria cirrhosa, Platycodon grandiflorum and longan with water; wash lotus seeds and remove the bitter core; soak dried snow fungus in clean water for 20 minutes, cut the roots and break into small pieces after it is fully soaked.

2) Put Fritillaria cirrhosa, Platycodon grandiflorum, lotus seeds, longan pulp and snow fungus into a stewing pot, pour in 600ml of boiling water and simmer for about 1 hour; when the temperature reaches the appropriate level, add honey.
