What are the causes of gynecological inflammation?

For women, gynecological inflammation is definitely a very frightening thing, because many times if you are not careful, you will be easily affected and troubled by these diseases. We know that when gynecological inflammation is not treated and resolved in a timely and effective manner, it will cause great harm to women's reproductive health and fertility. For example, the following common factors are the most common factors that can easily lead to gynecological inflammation.

1. Intrauterine device - not paying attention to personal hygiene opens the door for bacterial invasion. It should be noted that the placement of an intrauterine contraceptive device itself does not directly lead to acute adnexitis. Inflammation only occurs when there is no strict aseptic operation during placement of the device or when personal hygiene is poor after placement.

2. Running the "red light" - having sexual intercourse during menstruation, bringing in bacteria. Sexual intercourse during menstruation is not only a trigger for acute adnexitis, but also a common trigger for other gynecological inflammations.

3. Childbirth or miscarriage - decreased resistance. The pathogen ascends through the reproductive tract and spreads to the fallopian tubes and ovaries, and then affects the entire pelvic cavity.

4. Sexually transmitted disease infection - pathogenic bacteria spread upward along the mucous membrane, causing infection and inflammation of the fallopian tubes and ovaries.

5. Sitting for a long time - lack of activity. The blood circulation, especially the poor blood vessels in the lower abdomen, leads to obstruction of venous return. Due to the special anatomical structure of the pelvis, the blood return is even worse, affecting the normal detoxification function of the uterine appendages. If there are other factors at the same time, inflammation is likely to occur.

6. Often wear tight pants - the perineum is not breathable, vaginal excrement accumulates, causing inflammation, and then ascends to induce adnexal inflammation.

Female friends can find out whether they have the above behaviors in their lives, because these behaviors and habits are the culprits of gynecological inflammation, so if so, they must be corrected in time, because only our attention to health and care is the most fundamental way to stay away from inflammation.
