How to exercise for sagging breasts

2. Incline Dumbbell Press

Action: You can put something on the coffee table or stool to keep your body at a certain tilt. Lie on it, hold a bottle of red wine in each hand, put your feet flat on the ground, stretch your arms upward so that they are directly above your shoulders, palms facing forward, wrists straight, abdomen contracted, elbows bent to put down the weights, elbows slightly lower than shoulders, straighten your arms and return to the starting position

3. Incline Dumbbell Fly

Action: Put something on the coffee table or stool again, lie on it, hold a bottle of red wine in each hand, put your feet flat on the ground, stretch your arms upward so that they are directly above your shoulders, palms facing inward, wrists straight, abdomen tightened, elbows bent in an arc, arms downward, and then stretched to both sides until your elbows are parallel to your shoulders, straighten your arms and return to the starting position.

4. Push-ups

Action: Place your hands wider than shoulder width apart on the ground, and put your feet together to support the ground. Bend your elbows until they are at 90 degrees and raise your body with your arms straight. Exhale as you press down, and inhale as you push up.

5. Incline push-ups

Action: Place your hands on a stool or the upper back of a sofa. Lower your body until your chest is parallel to your hands, then push yourself up. Exhale as you press down, and inhale as you push up.
