4. Cheeks:

Purse your lips, concave your cheek muscles, and open your eyes as wide as possible. Hold this position for about 10 seconds, then relax your facial muscles. Repeat 3 times. This action can promote facial metabolism and exercise the cheek muscles.

5. Blowing:

Purse your lips lightly as if you are whistling, blow air slowly to puff up your cheeks, and hold this position for 5 seconds. Then relax your facial muscles and repeat 3 times. This movement can exercise the cheek muscles and enhance the elasticity of the cheek skin.
