Treatment for cold hands and feet in girls

I believe everyone is very familiar with the symptoms of cold hands and feet. Cold hands and feet are more common in female friends. Although cold hands and feet will not threaten the lives of female friends, they often mean that there are problems with certain organs in our body, so everyone must do a good job of prevention. Below we will introduce to you the treatment methods for cold hands and feet in girls.

1. Press Yangchi acupoint when your hands and feet are cold:

Many people have adapted to warm air-conditioned and heated rooms, but cannot adapt to the temperature difference between indoors and outdoors. If they neglect to exercise, it is easy to catch a cold when going out and feel their hands and feet becoming increasingly cold. What to do? Why not try stimulating the Yangchi point. The name of Yangchi acupoint means the pool where Yang Qi is generated. It has the function of generating Yang Qi and communicating the inside and outside.

Yangchi point is located on the wrist, that is, on the transverse line on the back of the wrist, between the middle finger and the ring finger (or in the transverse line on the back of the wrist, in the depression on the ulnar edge of the extensor digitorum tendon). Stimulate this point for a long time but with gentle force. It is best to use both hands. First, press the Yangchi point on the other hand with the middle finger of one hand, and then switch to press the Yangchi point on this hand with the middle finger of the other hand. In addition, frequently massaging this point can prevent and treat "mouse hand", also known as shoulder, elbow and wrist syndrome.

2. Press Quchi acupoint for upper limb fatigue and discomfort:

Nowadays, there are more means of transportation, and the lower limbs are gradually freed, but the upper limbs are the most tired, with soreness and pain in the upper limbs, and sometimes it is difficult to lift them. At this time, you might as well try massaging the Quchi acupoint.

Qu means secret and not easy to be detected. Pool represents the place where water is enclosed and converges. The Quchi acupoint is prone to accumulation of cold and dampness. Pressing the Quchi point (the depression at the outer end of the transverse line on both sides of the elbow, which will cause a sore and heavy feeling when pressing on it) can relieve upper limb discomfort and clear away heat and reduce fire.

Click for 1 minute each time. It should be noted that this point can easily cause miscarriage and is prohibited for pregnant women. Quchi point can also treat symptoms such as elbow pain, eye diseases, toothache, high blood pressure, and anemia.

In the above article, we introduced a symptom that is common among female friends, that is, cold hands and feet. We know that there are many reasons for cold hands and feet. The above article gives us a detailed introduction to the treatment methods for cold hands and feet in girls.
