How to have a baby with such a small vagina

For many girls, just watching the process of giving birth is very painful, let alone experiencing it. For many girls who have never given birth, the unimaginable part is how can such a big baby come out from such a small opening in the vagina? And the imagination in these aspects also makes many people worry about having children, or choose to have children by caesarean section. In fact, it is the anxiety caused by our lack of full understanding of this process. Although giving birth is indeed a very painful thing, we will not be so scared after we understand it clearly. Today I will tell you how a child is born from the womb.

First of all, we need to clear up a misunderstanding, that is, children are not born straight, but are squeezed and produced through a tortuous path. The first process of giving birth is that the baby's head slides into the mother's pelvis. When the baby's head slides into the mother's pelvis, the mother will feel paroxysmal pain, which is the beginning of the delivery process. The pain at this time will continue to be less frequent, about once every ten minutes, and each time lasts for 30 seconds.

The second process is that the baby continues to grow because of the continuous squeezing of the mother's birth canal. In the process of moving forward, our child is also very smart. He will retract his jaw and hold himself into a ball to make it easier to pass. At this time, the mother will feel that the contractions are more frequent, and each contraction still lasts about 30 seconds, but the mother can still walk independently. When the mother's cervix reopens, the fetus will continue to move forward along the birth canal. During this process, the fetus will also undergo its own body adjustments to allow itself to move forward from the mother's body in a more comfortable posture.

At this time, the mother will feel that the frequency of uterine contractions is more frequent, and there will be a uterine contraction every two or three minutes, and this uterine contraction will last much longer than before, lasting about one minute. An embarrassing thing is likely to happen at this stage, that is, the mother's duodenum will be compressed by the child, and she will unconsciously want to defecate, so it is often manifested as unwillingness to give birth to the child. However, many doctors are accustomed to this situation, so everyone can rest assured and don't need to feel guilty. In the next step, the baby's face is facing the anus. At this time, with the help of the midwife, the baby's head will be exposed from the vagina with a little force. However, the mother will feel very painful at this time because the baby's head is very large.

The fetal head moved out after a period of time, and finally, after the joint efforts of the midwife and the mother, the baby's head was slightly tilted back and it could be completely out of the mother's vagina. However, the mother does not need to push too hard at this time, because the baby's head is too large, which may cause damage to the vulva. Therefore, she should follow the doctor's instructions and make an episiotomy on the vulva if necessary. The delivery process is almost over after the fetal head comes out. After the head comes out, the baby's shoulders will gradually come out. After the newborn is born, she will be connected to the pregnant mother through the belt. At this time, the doctor will tie the umbilical cord, cut it, disinfect it, etc. If a woman has an episiotomy wound on the vulva, she will need surgery to suture the wound at this time. After watching this entire process of childbirth, do you have a certain understanding of having children?
