(3) Combine meat and vegetables to prevent iron deficiency: Women generally lose about 30 to 50 milliliters of blood during menstruation, and each milliliter contains 0.5 milligrams of iron, which means that women lose 15 to 50 milligrams of iron each time they menstruate. Therefore, it is very necessary to supplement with iron-rich foods that are easy to digest and absorb during menstruation. Foods such as fish and various animal liver, blood, lean meat, egg yolk, etc. are rich in iron. It has high biological activity and is easily absorbed and utilized by the human body.
