Negative gynecological examination results

What does a negative gynecological examination result mean? Experts said that a negative gynecological examination result means that the result of the gynecological examination is negative, which belongs to the normal indicator value. Female friends don’t need to worry too much. If the test result is positive, it means that you have the disease. I hope female friends will pay attention to it, go to a good hospital for a physical examination in time, and then receive targeted treatment. So, how should we read the results of gynecological examination? The doctor will explain in detail below.

How to read the results of gynecological examination? Doctors emphasize that gynecological examination, especially pelvic examination, is a key step in diagnosing gynecological diseases. However, many women are confused by one question: they do not understand the results of gynecological examinations. Doctors will teach you how to understand the results of these examination items.

1. Routine examination of leucorrhea:

Cleanliness level: Normally, it is level I to II. If it is level III or above, it indicates the possibility of vaginitis or cervicitis. It needs to be combined with other new items for identification. If it is "Trichomonas" positive, it is "Candidal vaginitis"; if it is "Fungus" positive, it is "Trichomonas urethritis", both of which require systematic and standardized treatment, including good treatment of the sexual partner.

2. BV (baceerialvaginosis): It is called "bacterial infection of the vagina" and is also common. It refers to a mixed infection caused by the imbalance of normal intestinal flora in the female vagina, in which Pseudomonas aeruginosa accounts for the majority, which is very different from vaginitis.

3. Cervical smear: It is a key method for screening early cervical cancer. Therefore, it is also called "anti-cancer acid-fast staining". The reporting methods are mainly hierarchical diagnosis and descriptive diagnosis. At present, most hospitals in my country still use graded diagnosis, and the Pap test is commonly used in clinical medicine:

Pap grade I: everything is normal; Pap grade II: inflammation, which means that some cytoplasmic heterogeneity is significant, but it is incompatible with malignant transformation, and the rest are ⅡA; Pap grade III: abnormal cancer; Pap grade IV: moderate to severe abnormal cancer. Pap grade V: cancer.

Warm reminder: Once a woman finds that she has gynecological inflammation, she must go to the hospital for treatment in time and recover as soon as possible to avoid complications.
