Dirty swimming

If you swim in the wild or in a swimming pool with unclean water or inadequate disinfection, the pathogens in the water may invade the vagina. Before swimming, you should first rule out any contagious gynecological diseases such as vaginitis to avoid aggravating your condition or infecting others. After swimming, rinse the vulva with running water and remember to drink plenty of water.

Old washing liquid

Some people think that only by washing with lotion every day can they get rid of itching, leucorrhea, etc. This is actually the most common mistake made by female friends. Blindly using vaginal wash may damage the vagina's self-defense system, disrupt the acid-base balance, and aggravate or cause the disease. Wearing too tight

Slim-fitting leggings and sexy thongs, these seemingly seductive ways of dressing may actually induce gynecological inflammation. On the one hand, both are mostly made of chemical fiber materials with poor air permeability; on the other hand, tight pants can easily cause high temperature in the private parts, and secretions cannot be dissipated in time, which can easily breed bacteria. In summer, you should wear loose, breathable, cotton pants as much as possible, especially underwear.

Small hotel accommodation

There is a common vaginitis called "trichomoniasis vaginitis", which is caused by Trichomonas vaginalis. Trichomonas is highly adaptable and can survive for one day in a semi-dry towel and for five days in tap water. Therefore, when traveling, you must pay attention to choosing accommodation with hygienic guarantees, and avoid small hotels with poor hygiene to avoid being infected by germs through toilets, bedding, towels, etc.
