How to protect the fetus in early pregnancy

Anyone who has had pregnancy experience should know that once you find out you are pregnant, you need to pay special attention to all aspects. In the early stages of pregnancy, the first thing we should pay attention to is the use of folic acid, which can prevent some fetal malformations and also strengthen nutrition. In the early stages of pregnancy, be careful not to wear high heels, do strenuous exercise, and try not to take long-distance buses. Diet is also very important. You should avoid eating longan and raw, cold or spicy food. At the same time, you should keep a happy mood and don't get angry during the early stages of pregnancy.

If you just find out that you are pregnant and have vaginal discharge, you should go to the hospital for an ultrasound examination. Nowadays, pregnant women have more and more symptoms, so it is better to get a check-up to avoid unnecessary worry. Try not to go up high, rest more and lie down more.

Habitual miscarriage is not uncommon among women of childbearing age, and they are very concerned about how to preserve the fetus. Habitual miscarriage usually occurs within 12 weeks of pregnancy. Therefore, doctors will prescribe pregnancy-protecting drugs in advance for prevention in women with a history of miscarriage, based on the time of their past miscarriages. As long as the medication time is properly arranged, the expected effect can be achieved. Currently, the commonly used method is oral medroxyprogesterone (progesterone acetate), 4 mg each time, 1-2 times a day. The medication should be continued until 2 weeks after the last miscarriage, and cannot be stopped midway. In addition, progesterone can be injected intramuscularly, 10 mg each time, once a day, and vitamin E capsules can be taken, 20 mg each time, 3 times a day. If pregnant women have heavy mental burdens and are emotionally tense, they can be selectively given small doses of sedatives for a short period of time, such as chlordiazepoxide (Librium), diazepam (Valium), etc. The medication time should not be long. The use of progesterone during pregnancy can relax uterine smooth muscles and reduce the sensitivity of the uterus to vasopressin and oxytocin. Larger doses of progesterone can inhibit the activity of uterine smooth muscles and put the uterus in a relatively balanced state, thereby achieving the purpose of maintaining the fetus. Progestins are more effective in preventing threatened miscarriage than habitual miscarriage.

Pregnant women with a history of habitual miscarriage should not get pregnant immediately after a miscarriage. It is best to wait for more than one year to allow the uterus to get better repair and rest. After becoming pregnant again, in addition to taking pregnancy-preserving drugs on time, you should also avoid physical labor, pay attention to bed rest, and suspend sexual life. These measures are essential to prevent further miscarriage.

With the improvement of living standards, many people no longer worry about the nutrition of pregnant women. The first three months of pregnancy are the most important, as miscarriage is very easy to occur. Therefore, you must pay attention to eating and living, and personal hygiene is also very important. Pay attention to the combination of work and rest, and try to eat more fruits and vegetables.
