Lower abdominal distension, pain and lumbosacral soreness, often aggravated by fatigue, after sexual intercourse, during bowel movements and before and after menstruation; patients may have increased menstruation and leucorrhea, menstrual disorders when ovarian function is impaired, and infertility when the fallopian tubes are blocked by adhesions.
