Can hemorrhoids be cured during breastfeeding?

Can hemorrhoids be cured during breastfeeding?

Women's physical activity is relatively low during pregnancy and breastfeeding, which can easily lead to venous thrombosis and induce hemorrhoids, especially during breastfeeding. After getting hemorrhoids, try not to use some oral medications to avoid harm to the child due to breastfeeding problems. You can take medication under the guidance of a doctor. In daily life, you should pay attention to a good diet and cleanliness of the anal area, etc.

1. Pay attention to food hygiene:

In terms of diet, we should pay attention to the combination of meat and vegetables, and the appropriate adjustment of coarse and fine grains. The diet should be light, intestinal-moistening and laxative, and it is advisable to eat fresh vegetables and fruits rich in fiber. Spicy foods can irritate the anal mucosa and skin, causing local congestion and burning pain, aggravating the onset of hemorrhoids and should be avoided. In addition, patients with hemorrhoids should avoid smoking, drinking and overeating.

2. Keep bowel movements smooth:

Develop the habit of having bowel movements on time every day. Drinking a glass of cold water when you wake up in the morning can promote bowel movements. It is not advisable to read books or newspapers when defecating, otherwise you will ignore the urge to defecate, which will cause feces stagnation over time and form dry and hard feces lumps that are difficult to excrete. It is not advisable to squat or strain on the toilet for too long. Squatting or sitting for a long time may lead to varicose vein bleeding.

3. Anal cleaning:

Keep the anus clean, wash it frequently with warm water, and change underwear frequently. Be moderate in your sexual life and pay attention to the cleanliness and hygiene of your sexual life. If there is a lot of perineal secretions, the anus should be cleaned with warm water after defecation or before going to bed. Change your underwear frequently and dry the washed underwear in the sun.

4. Keep doing physical exercise:

People who engage in sedentary or standing work should walk around for 10-15 minutes after working for 1-2 hours. You can choose activities such as running, Tai Chi, aerobics, and work breaks to promote blood circulation and intestinal peristalsis, and reduce pelvic congestion and hemorrhoids.
