Physiological standards: international standards for judging women's sexual ability

How can we objectively judge or evaluate a person's sexual ability? For example, during clinical examinations of male patients with sexual dysfunction, some questionnaires will be used to preliminarily judge their sexual function to understand whether there is really a disorder. But are there some standards for women as well?

When assessing women's sexual ability, there are two prerequisites: first, the partner must be qualified, have a positive attitude, excellent ability, and be a driving force rather than an obstacle to women's sexual intercourse; second, no factors other than human power can be used, that is, no sexual tools can be used.

We believe that women's sexual ability can be divided into four levels: the first is the "ordinary level", which means that even if the above conditions are met, the following levels of standards are still not met. The second is "level 3", which is often or always being able to orgasm during all types of sexual activities (whether with a partner or masturbating). The third is "secondary", which means meeting the conditions of level three and having the ability to passively or actively ejaculate in some way. Finally, there is "Level 1", which requires meeting Level 2 conditions and having the ability to actively and self-control ejaculation in any way and under any circumstances.

If you think about it carefully, it is not difficult to see that we use the ability to actively and self-control ejaculation as one of the important criteria for measurement. Ejaculation is a purely feminine sexual response and a form of pleasure and enjoyment. Anatomically, every woman is the same, but ejaculation is a natural ability that all women should enjoy, but not all of them can experience it. There are both innate and acquired reasons for this. Fortunately, women can master this ability through self-training.

Whether or not one can ejaculate is closely related to the muscle strength and control ability of special parts of a woman. Studies have shown that women who have the habit of closing their legs since childhood or who have been swimming for a long time and have developed strong abdominal and pelvic floor muscles have stronger ejaculation abilities. In addition, the more excited you are, the more secretions you produce, and the easier it is to ejaculate. At the same time, it is also important to learn to relax. If a woman has to suppress herself and hold it back to keep her bladder sphincter closed and her pelvic floor muscles tight, then ejaculation will be impossible.

Comment: When judging the quality of sex life, women often blame it on men's stamina. However, the quality of sex life is closely related to women's sexual ability, so men usually invite their female partners to join in the exercise. Not only can it improve your physical fitness, but it also makes it easier for both parties to orgasm during sexual intercourse.
