Five bad habits of women in daily life are actually the "killers" of beautiful legs

Five bad habits of women in daily life are actually the "killers" of beautiful legs

1. Sitting for a long time

Sitting in a chair all day long...it's hard not to gain weight in the lower body. When sitting, the groin (the starting point of the feet) is compressed, causing blood and lymph circulation to stagnate.

The deterioration of blood and lymphatic circulation not only makes it easy to suffer from edema, but also makes it impossible to decompose old waste materials, causing fat and water to accumulate and form cellulite. It is important to get up at least once an hour and do some stretching exercises to help stimulate blood and lymph circulation in the groin.

2. Eat lunch at your desk every day

Lunch time is the only opportunity for office workers to get outside. If you bring your own lunch box every day, or buy bread from a convenience store, you will spend even longer sitting at your seat.

On the contrary, walking can activate the leg muscles and promote smooth blood and lymph circulation. When you bring a lunch, don't forget to take some time to take a short walk after the meal.

3. Rarely go to the bathroom

In order to be beautiful, follow the rule of drinking plenty of water, but if you sit all day, your basal metabolism will decrease and you will go to the bathroom less often. If you drink a lot of water but rarely go to the bathroom, it will cause edema in the lower body, which will slowly turn into fat.

Drinking more water, going to the bathroom more often to metabolize water, doing lower body stretching exercises regularly, and walking more are all good ways to effectively increase basal metabolism.

4. Tolerate low temperatures

The weather is getting colder. I thought I wouldn't have to worry because of the heating, but the warm air kept moving upwards and my feet were still cold. If ignored, blood circulation in the lower body will become worse and worse.

As soon as you feel cold, use a scarf or blanket to keep warm. It is also a good idea to put a small heater at your feet.

In order to avoid the embarrassing situation of looking back and finding that your lower body has gained a lot of weight, the smartest thing to do is to be vigilant at all times and develop good habits in daily life.

5. Often cross your legs

Whether at home or in the office, many people can't help but cross their legs. If you sit with your legs crossed all day, it will hinder blood and lymph circulation in your legs, causing swelling in your lower body. If you don’t take good care of the edema, such as massage, the veins in your lower limbs will gradually become prominent, seriously affecting the circulation of the lower body, causing fat thickening, and even muscle stiffness.
