6 office bad habits that shorten women's lives

Bad habit 1: Wearing high heels from 9 to 5

Bad habit 3: Reapplying makeup without removing it

I touch up my makeup several times a day. Every time I pick up a makeup mirror, powder puff, and lipstick, I do it directly. It's quick and easy.

Cause of harm: While cosmetics are our face, they are also the first step for the skin to welcome external dust and bacteria. Especially when you come back from outside work, the dust has already deeply settled in the cosmetics, coupled with the oil and sweat secreted by the skin, the degree of pollution can be imagined.

Bad habit 4: Drinking too much coffee, strong tea and other beverages but ignoring plain water

They cannot replace boiled water, especially the detoxification function of boiled water. Although coffee and strong tea have diuretic and refreshing effects, they can also cause cellular dehydration. Drinking too much will affect the balance of the body.

Change it: In addition to beverages, you need to drink at least 1500 ml of boiled water every day. You should avoid drinking too much coffee or strong tea. Calculated as 250 ml per cup, the daily intake should be limited to 2 cups.





Bad Habit 5: Sharing Lipstick with Others

Cause of harm: The saying "diseases enter through the mouth" is not unfamiliar to us. Although lipstick is applied on the lips, as you talk, drink water, swallow, etc., the bacteria on the portal will seize the opportunity to get in. Bad habit 6: Wearing headphones during work hours

Cause of harm: Earphones are hung in the external auditory canal, transmitting sound to the ear at zero distance, avoiding interference from other sounds and directly stimulating the ear nerves. Excessive volume for a long time can cause hearing loss.

Change: You can replace the headphones with a small speaker. If you need to use headphones, avoid turning the volume too high. Do not use other people's headphones easily to avoid cross infection.
