(1) Qi stagnation and blood stasis type: Eat more foods that can promote the flow of qi and blood, such as radish, litchi, orange, hawthorn, loofah, peach kernel, chicken gizzard lining, celery, rapeseed, dace, cuttlefish, peanut, fennel, etc.

(2) Cold-dampness stagnation type: Eat more foods that can dispel cold and dampness, warm the meridians and dredge blood vessels, such as ginger, green onions, fennel, star anise, pepper, galangal, lentils, leeks, mustard greens, chili peppers, lychees, peaches, chestnuts, lamb, venison, chicken, dog meat, carp, crucian carp, eels, sea snakes, pepper, etc.

(3) Yang deficiency and internal cold type: Eat more foods that can warm the spleen and kidneys, invigorate yang and dispel cold, such as soybean oil, pepper, star anise, fennel, leek, mutton, beef, dog meat, animal kidneys, pigeon meat, sparrows, grass carp, shrimp, seahorses, etc.

(4) Damp-heat type: Eat more foods that can clear away damp-heat in the lower part of the body, such as bitter melon, bitter herbs, purslane, eggplant, cucumber, wax gourd, rapeseed, spinach, mung bean, apple, pear, coix seed, tea, seaweed, red bean, day lily, clams, etc.
