Poor women are healthier

From big noses to big butts, people hate these ugly body parts. However, scientists say that poor body shape is not entirely useless. Sometimes, it may mean that you are healthier.

1. A big butt means good cardiovascular health

Many studies have shown that people with big buttocks have lower levels of "bad cholesterol" and higher levels of "good cholesterol" in their bodies, and therefore are less likely to suffer from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular sclerosis. Research from the University of Oxford in the UK also found that people with big butts have a lower risk of diabetes.

2. People with many moles age more slowly

Having many moles on your body is not only unsightly, but also increases the risk of skin cancer by 10 times. On the other hand, the latest research completed by scientists at King's College London shows that compared with those without moles, people with more moles are generally 6-7 years younger than their actual age, and have a lower risk of aging diseases such as heart disease and osteoporosis.

3. Small breasts make the spine more upright

Turkish researchers found that people with larger breasts, especially those with a D cup or larger, were more likely to experience upper back pain and spinal curvature, while people with smaller breasts were not. From a sexual perspective, small breasts are more sensitive to caressing than large breasts.

4. A big nose makes you less likely to catch a cold

A study by the University of Iowa in the United States found that the larger the nose, the lower the chance of inhaling pollutants such as dust, and the stronger the ability to protect against harmful germs. Therefore, people with big noses rarely get colds or flu.

5. Thick thighs mean a healthy heart

A 12-year Danish study involving 3,000 men showed that those with a thigh circumference of more than 60 cm and strong leg muscles had a significantly reduced risk of premature death and heart disease.

6. Toe sprinting makes you run faster

The latest British research shows that toes became shorter during human evolution in order to run faster. Long toes involve more muscles and bones, so running is more strenuous and the shock absorption effect is also poor.
