6 reasons why your period comes frequently

About once a month, the endometrium of women of childbearing age undergoes cyclical changes including autonomous thickening, blood vessel proliferation, glandular growth and secretion, and endometrial collapse and shedding accompanied by bleeding. This periodic vaginal discharge or uterine bleeding is called menstruation. Irregular menstruation is a common gynecological disease, and there are many reasons for it. So why does period come twice a month? Experts say that if there is sudden bleeding about 10 days after the end of the cycle, it is in the middle of the menstrual period and it is ovulation bleeding. 2. Contact Bleeding

Female contact bleeding is often related to organic lesions of the reproductive organs such as vaginitis, cervical erosion, cervical polyps, early cervical cancer, submucosal myomas, etc. It often occurs after female sexual intercourse or straining to defecate, and may therefore be regarded by women as menstruation twice a month.

3. Abnormal emotions

Long-term mental depression, sulking, or severe mental stimulation and psychological trauma can all lead to menstrual disorders, dysmenorrhea, or amenorrhea. This is because menstruation is caused by the stimulation of the endometrium by hormones secreted by the ovaries, and the secretion of hormones by the ovaries is controlled by the release of hormones from the pituitary gland and hypothalamus. 5. Vaginal bleeding during irregular menstrual cycle

It is often functional uterine bleeding, but endometrial cancer should be ruled out first.

6. Emergency contraceptive pills
