Spleen and stomach dysfunction? There are 4 tips to strengthen the spleen and stomach

The spleen and stomach are the foundation of acquired constitution and the source of Qi and blood. When the spleen and stomach function is out of balance, the digestion and absorption functions will be abnormal, resulting in loss of appetite, vomiting, nausea, abdominal distension, diarrhea, loose stools, weight loss, fatigue, and insufficient qi and blood. Among the following methods, choosing the first one plus any one of the other three can help you strengthen your spleen and stomach.

1. Chiropractic

Chiropractic therapy is usually used on children, but it is equally effective for adults and is suitable for patients with indigestion, bad breath, bloating, stomach pain, diarrhea, malaise, fatigue, etc. Pinch it 1-2 times a day and you will see results after a week.

Operation method: First, gently massage the back several times to relax the muscles. Then use the thumb, index finger, middle finger, and ring finger to lift the skin in the middle of the back at the same time, and twist forward along the spine from bottom to top, alternating hands. Lift the skin once every three pinches. This is called the "pinch three and lift one method." The amount of skin pinched and the amount of force used to lift should be appropriate, and it should not be twisted; and it should move in a straight line, not tilted.

2. Rub the navel

Place the palm or base of one hand on the navel, and use the other hand to press the back of the hand, rotating and kneading in a clockwise direction for about 5 minutes each time, 1-2 times a day. This method can warm the yang and dispel cold, replenish qi and blood, strengthen the spleen and stomach, and help digestion and relieve stagnation. It is mostly used for patients with indigestion, stomach cold, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and constipation.

3. Rub your lower abdomen

Place your hands on both sides of your belly button and rub them up and down until they feel warm. Patients with bloating and abdominal pain can choose this product, 2-5 times a day. Tianshu point is located 2 inches away from the navel on both sides. This method can stimulate this point to treat acute and chronic gastroenteritis and indigestion, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, etc. caused by digestive dysfunction.

4. Press and rub Zusanli

Zusanli is an important health acupoint for the human body, located below the outside of the knee. Massage 50-100 times a day to strengthen the spleen and stomach, regulate the qi, remove stagnation and dredge the meridians. It is suitable for various types of spleen and stomach diseases.
