Ovarian amenorrhea

Ovarian amenorrhea

Many people don't know much about ovarian amenorrhea. Ovarian amenorrhea is mainly caused by some functional diseases of the ovaries themselves, which can be both congenital and acquired. However, the causes of ovarian diseases in life are mainly congenital absence of ovaries or dysplasia, which means that damage to the ovaries or ovarian cysts can cause this type of lesions, which can cause some ovarian amenorrhea.

It is mainly a common phenomenon related to chromosomal or ovarian dysfunction. During the whole process, some common diagnostic methods must be used to diagnose the development of the uterus and vagina and to determine the condition in a timely manner. And some timely prevention and treatment in daily life.

① Congenital absence of ovaries or dysplasia. Most of them are caused by sex chromosome abnormalities, including Turner's syndrome (also known as congenital ovarian dysgenesis) and true ovarian dysgenesis.

② Ovarian damage: Ovarian tissue may be damaged due to radiation therapy, surgical removal of both ovaries, or inflammation or tumors.

③ Ovarian tumors: Ovarian tumors that can produce androgens, such as testicular blastoma, adrenocortical tumor, ovarian hilar cell tumor, etc., can cause amenorrhea because androgens can inhibit ovarian function, often accompanied by masculinization signs such as clitoral hypertrophy, hirsutism, and a deeper voice. Ovarian tumors that can produce estrogen, such as granulosa cell tumor and theca cell tumor, can inhibit ovulation and cause excessive proliferation of the endometrium, leading to amenorrhea due to excessive estrogen.

④ Premature ovarian failure: Normal women go through menopause at around 45 to 52 years old, while menopause before the age of 40 is called premature ovarian failure. The cause of premature ovarian failure is unknown, but some believe it may be related to chromosomal abnormalities.

The above is ovarian amenorrhea. Mainly due to some other types of ovarian lesions. At the same time, if such diseases are discovered in life, they should be treated and diagnosed in a timely manner. In daily life, a reasonable diet and meals should be taken, and some vitamins and some common factors should be supplemented to diagnose some other types of diseases.
