If you are more interested in this aspect, you can browse more knowledge below.

Diseases are everywhere in life. It mainly depends on whether you know how to conquer them, so that you can maintain your health well. Female friends should not be too nervous when they encounter hematuria. First of all, they should know what causes it.

Characteristics of hematuria diagnosis:

1. If female hematuria occurs during the wedding or childbearing period, it is mostly caused by inflammation of the renal pelvis, bladder and urethra.

2. If hematuria is accompanied by bladder irritation symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency and pain during urination, urinary tract infection should be considered; if accompanied by low back pain, percussion pain in the kidney area or fever, it is mostly pyelonephritis; if there are only bladder irritation symptoms and no systemic infection symptoms, it is mostly cystitis; if hematuria occurs after defecation or sexual intercourse, it is often posterior urethritis;

3. If hematuria occurs after severe colic, it is mostly kidney or ureteral stones; if there is pain during urination, sudden interruption of urine flow or difficulty in urination, it is mostly bladder or urethral stones;

4. If hematuria occurs when standing but disappears when lying down, renal ptosis should be considered;

5. If hematuria occurs after strenuous exercise, it may be post-exercise hematuria or kidney stones. If there is difficulty urinating for a long time followed by hematuria, prostate disease or urinary tract infection should be considered.

6. Painless hematuria is often a signal or manifestation of urinary tract malignancy.

Blood in urine

Hematuria refers to the presence of blood or blood clots in the urine. Also known as "drowning blood" and "urinating blood".

Hematuria and hematuria are similar but different. If there is no pain when urinating, it is hematuria; if there is a little pain and unbearable pain when urinating, it is hematuria. "Drowning with blood is different from stranguria with blood. Painful stranguria with blood comes out of the sperm orifice, while painless drowning with blood comes out of the urinary orifice."

The disease of hematuria is mostly caused by heat disturbing the blood, accumulating heat in the kidney and bladder, damaging the blood vessels, causing the blood to flow abnormally, and blood to be discharged in the urine, resulting in hematuria. The onset site is in the kidney and bladder, but it is closely related to the heart, small intestine, liver, and spleen, and can be divided into deficiency and excess. Common symptoms include hyperactivity of heart fire, damp-heat in bladder, damp-heat in liver and gallbladder, kidney deficiency and hyperactivity of fire, and deficiency of both spleen and kidney.

Hyperactivity of heart fire: bright red blood in urine, burning, short and astringent urine, red face and hot body, erosion or sores in the mouth and tongue, palpitations, irritability, insomnia, dry and hard stools, red tip of tongue, yellow tongue coating, and rapid pulse.

Damp-heat in bladder: hematuria, frequent urination, urgency, burning pain in urethra, low back pain, and lower abdominal distension. The tongue is red, the tongue coating is yellow and greasy, and the pulse is slippery and rapid.

Damp-heat in the liver and gallbladder: hematuria, short and dark urine, accompanied by fever, bitter taste in the mouth, thirst without desire to drink, decreased appetite, abdominal distension, nausea and vomiting, pain in the ribs, or yellow eyes and body, red edges of the tongue, yellow and greasy tongue coating, and a stringy and rapid pulse.

Kidney deficiency and excessive fire: hematuria, bright red blood, repeated and unrelenting, accompanied by dizziness, tinnitus, soreness of waist and knees, red cheekbones, hot flashes, night sweats, fever in the five parts of the body, insomnia, bright red tongue with little or no coating, and a thin and rapid pulse.

Deficiency of both spleen and kidney: frequent urination with blood, the blood is light red, repeated symptoms do not heal, fatigue, decreased appetite, abdominal distension, loose stools, soreness of waist and knees, tinnitus, dizziness, sallow complexion, pale tongue, moist white tongue coating, and weak pulse.

The above is an introduction to the causes of hematuria in women. I believe that after reading it, you will have a deeper understanding of hematuria, so that you can better treat the disease. Many female friends may become nervous when they find hematuria, thinking that there is some big problem with their body. In fact, there is no need to be too nervous.
