Menstrual cycle calculation

Menstrual cycle calculation

The physiological cycle mainly refers to each menstrual cycle. A normal woman has menstrual blood once a month for nearly forty years in her life. Due to the secretion of hormones in the body and a certain amount of bleeding during menstruation, most people's faces will be dull and some will lose color. Now it is calculated in this way. It is mainly for pregnancy and some contraceptive measures. Therefore, it is necessary to calculate the female menstrual cycle in daily life.

It is also some physiological cycle, which can mainly be calculated by some safe periods of ovulation and menstruation. Reasonable calculation in daily life is also very important. It is better to check on the 21st day of the safe center cycle or more than 35 days.

Method 1: Calculate the safe period by calculation. Except for the menstrual period and ovulation period, the rest of the time is the safe period. The safe period is divided into the safe period before ovulation and the safe period after ovulation. The period from the end of menstruation to the day before ovulation is the safe period before ovulation. The safe period after ovulation is from the first day after the end of ovulation to the day before the next menstrual cramps. For example, if a woman has regular menstruation, with a menstrual cycle of 28 days, and the first day of this menstruation is December 1, then the first day of the next menstruation should be December 29, and the ovulation day (the first day of the next menstruation minus 14 days) is December 15. December 10 (5 days before the ovulation day) to December 19 (4 days after the ovulation day) is the ovulation period, and the rest of the time is the safe period.

Method 2: Calculate using a safe period calculator, which is a simple and effective method for women with regular menstruation.

Search "safe period calculator" on Baidu, as shown in the figure below, follow the prompts to enter the menstrual cycle, for example 28 days, set the start time, and click calculate to calculate the safe period. As shown below:

explain:

Green means you are in the safe period, yellow means you are in the menstrual period, and red means you are in the dangerous period, which is the ovulation period.

The above is the calculation of the physiological cycle. It mainly uses some calculations of the ovulation period and menstrual safe period. Reasonable calculations in daily life are also very critical, that is, some checks on the twenty-first day of the safety center cycle or above thirty-five days. At the same time, good calculations must be made in daily life, but it is only used as a reference and not as a very accurate calculation.
