Gynecological adnexitis

Gynecological adnexitis

How should gynecological adnexitis be treated? Normally, adnexitis is an inflammation of the fallopian tubes and ovaries. This type of adnexitis has many differences in clinical practice, including acute and chronic. However, if we get gynecological adnexitis in our daily life, we must understand the symptoms and treatment of the disease.

Abdominal pain is also one of the symptoms of gynecological adnexitis, but we must understand that such an obvious symptom as abdominal pain varies from person to person. It can cause dull pain in multiple parts of the body, and it may be accompanied by pain, swelling, or even falling in the back or lumbar region.

Although the symptoms of chronic adnexitis are not as obvious as those of acute disease, its condition is stubborn and difficult to cure, which seriously affects women's physical and mental health and brings inconvenience to their work and life. Therefore, women who find adnexitis should actively seek treatment to avoid delaying the disease. Menstrual irregularities: After suffering from adnexitis, menstruation becomes frequent and the amount of menstrual flow increases. It is generally believed that this is caused by pelvic congestion and ovarian dysfunction, especially chronic inflammation, which can affect uterine function and cause varying degrees of menstrual irregularities.

Other symptoms include pelvic adhesions, which can irritate the bladder and cause frequent urination and urgency; there may also be increased vaginal discharge, pain during sexual intercourse, exertion, fatigue during labor, and mental symptoms. Adnexitis is very harmful and if not treated in time it can cause female infertility. Because adnexitis mostly occurs in the fallopian tubes, the fallopian tubes themselves are damaged, which may lead to fallopian tube adhesions and cause secondary infertility in women.

As for the harm of gynecological adnexitis, we already know that such gynecological diseases are very harmful to people's health. If we discover such a disease in time, it is recommended that we receive timely treatment to ensure that the physical disease is cured as soon as possible. We must understand this.
