However, in the case of sudden weight loss, the most common consequence is disrupted and irregular menstrual cycles, and in severe cases, amenorrhea may occur. These are all due to improper weight loss methods, which affect hormone metabolism and cause amenorrhea or menstrual disorders.

1. Do not consume too much fat

2. Be sure to eat breakfast

Please note that skipping breakfast has no benefits for weight loss. On the contrary, if you skip breakfast, you will become fatter. So no matter how busy I am in the morning, I would rather get up five minutes earlier to have breakfast. Skipping breakfast will cause you to eat more at noon, which will inevitably lead to excessive intake of calories. Once the calories are not consumed, they will be converted into fat. It would be strange if you don't gain weight!

Dieting is indeed a good way to lose weight. Dieting combined with moderate exercise is very effective in reducing body fat accumulation and promoting fat burning.
